Shipping Time Frame 

Custom orders have a lead time of 7-8 weeks. Once your custom order has been placed, you have 48 hours should you have a change of heart and would like to cancel. Please note all custom orders are Final Sale once past the 48 hour threshold.

Winston Lane is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. 
Customs
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of South Africa. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
