Returns & Exchanges
All full priced merchandise purchased from winstonlage is eligible for a return within 7 days after its delivery. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and returned to sender. Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding all shipping fees.
Repairs
Quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern. However, jewelry by nature is delicate Pricing for repairs vary depending of damage. To request repair information please email our concierge at info@winstonlane.com with your original order number and a photo of your damaged item. We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within six months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.
Gifting

All purchases come in our signature WL Collection branded box. Please include your gift message at checkout under "order notes" for an WL Collection branded shopping bag and gift receipt to be included with your order.

Custom Orders

Custom orders have a lead time of 7-8 weeks. Once your custom order has been placed, you have 48 hours should you have a change of heart and would like to cancel. Please note all custom orders are Final Sale once past the 48 hour threshold.
