Does WL ship internationally? 

Yes, we do! Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of South Africa. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

What is your repair policy?

Quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern. However, jewelry by nature is delicate. Pricing for repairs vary depending of damage. To request repair information please email our concierge at info@winstonlane.com with your original order number and a photo of your damaged item. We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within six months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.

Gifting

All purchases come in our signature WL Collection branded box. Please include your gift message at checkout under "orded notes" or simply just the name of the recipient. 

What are our lead times?

Custom orders have a lead time of 7-8 weeks. Once your custom order has been placed, you have 48 hours should you have a change of heart and would like to cancel. Please note all custom orders are Final Sale once past the 48 hour threshold
